Chris Koepplin will become the new executive director of Youth Homes of Mid-America, an Iowa-based youth and family social service agency. Koepplin starts her new role on July 1 and succeeds Mike Arndt, who will transition to the role of executive adviser. After starting at Youth Homes as a youth care worker in 1996 and holding a variety of positions for eight years, Koepplin temporarily left the organization to pursue her master’s degree in social work. She returned to Youth Homes in 2010 as the director of program quality.
