Speaker applications and sponsorship opportunities for FemCity Des Moines’ Beyond Business Conference, which will be held Sept. 14, are now open. This will be the second year of the conference, which provides a platform for women and gender-nonconforming people to share their knowledge and business with others, with an emphasis on connection, collaboration, and personal and professional growth. Annie Brees, co-founder of Balance365 and founder of Raise the Bar Initiative, will be the keynote speaker. The event will be held at the Monroe in West Des Moines.
