Social Media Club relaunches tonight
Social Media Club Des Moines, which has been reorganized and affiliated with a national organization, is hosting a kickoff party to reintroduce itself from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. tonight at Exile Brewing Co., 1514 Walnut St. “It feels like a relaunch,” Suzanne Hull, the club’s president, told The Des Moines Register. The group“seeks to bring together area technologists, business owners, educators, professionals, enthusiasts, and users of all vocations to provide a forum for education and collaboration on social media technology, platforms, and strategies.”
